Tada! An actual post! I decided to do a what's in my school bag post today.
My school bag is by designer Paul Marius and yes it's made out of real leather. Don't kill me. I absolutely love it and it holds so much and I actually do not feel the weight of it either which is rather strange at the same time..
Anyway, here's a picture of it.
The bag has one wide shoulder strap attached to the end sides of the bag. There is two buckle straps at the front which closes securely so nothing falls out and it doesn't fly open. There is no outer pockets on the bag but the number on the inside makes up for it.
There are a few scratches on the bag but I am a student who gets on crowded buses everyday and bring it with me everywhere so it's expected but overall the bag looks exactly the same as when I got it at Christmas. Over a month ago!
Here is the buckles. I don't actually close the buckles during school because it takes too much time and I'm only moving from room to room but if I'm going to work placement or going home I close the buckles so nothing falls out.

17th Birthday Bash

30/10/2013

On the 28th October I finally turned 17! Yay!
I was in such a good mood even though I had to go into school during the holidays for play rehearsals but my boyfriend then picked me up in a bus, we were driving in style haha! Christopher bought me such lovely presents which will be down below and we had such an amazing day just being cute. We cuddled on the sofa and watched The Walking Dead and Geordie Shore. What a mix. He also scared me half to death when he turned off the light when I was hiding under the bed and pretended to be a zombie. I haven't screamed so loud in my life haha! Mummy brought home chocolate cake from Marks & Spencers which was very tasty but I ended up giving mine to Christopher as I wasn't very hungry.
This is the outfit I wore;
It was a navy playsuit from Exhibit with lace details on the front and lace sleeves. It is actually so comfy and it was a birthday present from Mummy and Daddy. I wore this with black tights since it was quite cold and my black combat boots from shoefashionista.com
The Theory book was from my parents along with the playsuit. The scarf was from my boyfriend's family. The jumper and perfume was from my boyfriend and he also got me the biggest and most cute card I have ever received. It's pink and has glitter on it!!!

Is this not the cutest ever with the cutest message on the inside! But I'm going to keep that to myself.
I would just like to say thank you to everyone who gave me a birthday present, sent a card or wished me happy birthday. I had an amazing day! I don't want to brag about what I have or anything, this is just a blog post, sorry if I offend anyone.
Hugs with Christopher are the best

Love

29/10/2013

It was myself and Christopher's three month anniversary yesterday and I just want to make a short post for that.
I love Christopher so much it's unreal and he's so special to me and I think about him all the time. I feel like I can't be without him and I miss him so much when we're apart. I think the world of him and he's is perfection to me and he has great hair. I love you Christopher <3
I'm so cheesy.

My Bedroom

29/10/2013

After a number of weeks of sleeping in Robbie's room on the floor and painting my furniture and my walls, my room was finally done!

I absolutely love it, it feels more warm and mature. A real girls room. Cream and brown works so well together and I love my new room. Such an improvement from the pink walls with blue tac stains and the rough brown furniture that didn't match the next piece of furniture.

Here are pictures of my new room.

Sugar Skull

24/10/2013

  Happy Halloween! Haha
My family don't really do anything for Halloween but in the past we have gone trick or treating and to a few parties but that's been the extent of it. We actually made a few of our costumes in the past, one year I went as 'Xena Warrior Princess' and my brother was a dinosaur.
I was on tumblr late at night, as usual, when I came across a few sugar skull make up looks and got inspired to recreate it. I fell in love with this look as soon as I searched for more pictures and versions of it.
Here is my version of the look;

RNLI

19/10/2013

Today I had to help my parents in fundraising for the charity 'RNLI'.
Growing up I always was involved in this and with fun days etc. because my parents were both part of the crew, my Dad was actually senior helm and in charge of the crew.
My parents were actually the 'face' of the RNLI and were on a lot of leaflets, posters and even had cardboard cutouts of themselves, you don't realise how weird it is to see cardboard cutout of your parents..
But anyway I had to get up early this morning to go into the town to meet the crew and get collection boxes and stickers. I was on my feet pretty much all day and they were killing me so much by noon and to make the day more exciting it decided to rain like nothing normal while we were doing this, lucky Daddy had on the dry suit and was perfectly happy whereas Robbie and I were soaked to our skin with wet jeans sticking to our legs and we were freezing too but overall I realised how generous people were.
We were having people crossing the road to give us money, giving us notes and coins and we had numerous buckets full and heavy to go towards the charity.
Robbie dressed up as Stormy Stan and was waving and give high fives to so many people and children running up to hug him, it was so cute!
The Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) is a charity that saves lives at sea around the coasts of Great Britain, Ireland, the Channel islands and the Isle of Man, as well as on selected inland waterways.

The RNLI was founded on 4 March 1824 as the National Institution for the Preservation of Life from Shipwreck.

The RNLI operates 444 lifeboats (332 are on station, 112 are in the relief fleet), from 236 lifeboat stations around the coasts of Great Britain, Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. The RNLI's lifeboats rescued an average of 22 people a day in 2011. RNLI lifeboats launched 8,321 times in 2012, rescuing 7,912 people. The RNLI's lifeboat crews and lifeguards have saved more than 140,000 lives since 1824.
